GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 9423

WHEREAS Joseph Matundura Ontiri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nakuru Municipality Block 3/298, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru, in Succession Cause No. 474 of 2007, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Bacifica Kemunto Matundura and (2) Donald Okari Matundura, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Matundura Ontiri (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the name (1) Bacifica Kemunto Matundura and (2) Donald Okari Matundura and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Matundura Ontiri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
