REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Kipkoech Sugut (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the county of Uasin Gishu, known as Tulwet/Tulwet Block 5 (Kapserton)/17, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. 43 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Mary Jebore Sugut, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said David Kipkoech Sugut (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said David Kipkoech Sugut (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
