GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 9434

WHEREAS Edward Gicheri alias Edward G. Gitau alias Edward Gicharu Gitau alias Edward Gichere Gitau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.21 acre or thereabouts, situate in the district of Gatundu, known as Kiganjo/Kiamwangi/411, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E337 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Gerald Kinyanjui Gicheri (ID/11054665) and (2) Angelina Njambi Gicheri (ID/3450589), both of P.O. Box 891, Kitengela in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Edward Gicheri alias Edward G. Gitau alias Edward Gicharu Gitau alias Edward Gichere Gitau (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters and issue a land title deed to (1) Gerald Kinyanjui Gicheri 4368 4368 (ID/11054665) and (2) Angelina Njambi Gicheri (ID/3450589), both of P.O. Box 891, Kitengela in the Republic of Kenya, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Edward Gicheri alias Edward G.
