GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 9435

WHEREAS Kariuki Kimani (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 5.2 hectare or thereabout, situate in the district of Gatundu, known as Kiganjo/Kiamwangi/411, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Thika in Succession Cause No. 169 of 2003, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Mary Wanjiru Kimani (ID/4300892) and (2) John Kinuthia Kariuki (ID/11445806), of P.O. Box 480–01030, Gatundu in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Kariuki Kimani (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters and issue a land title deed to (1) Mary Wanjiru Kimani (ID/4300892) and (2) John Kinuthia Kariuki (ID/11445806), of P.O. Box 480–01030, Gatundu in the Republic of Kenya, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kariuki Kimani (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
