THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Waruingi Ngangu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.40 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Kiambaa/Waguthu/720, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 1287 of 2006, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Francis Kiarie Waruingi, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Waruingi Ngangu (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said Francis Kiarie Waruingi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Waruingi Ngangu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
