REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jackson Thumari Kabiro (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.3515 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Aguthi/Muruguru/999 and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyeri in Succession Cause No. 226 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Charity Nyagathiri Thumari as the administrator and beneficiary, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Jackson Thumari Kabiro (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed to Charity Nyagathiri Thumari as the administrator and beneficiary, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jackson Thumari Kabiro (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
