THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwei Kasengela (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.0 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Machakos, known as Kangundo/Muisuni/1693 , and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kangundo, in Succession Cause No. E84 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Anastasia Kamene Ngao, and whereas the said has executed L.R.A 39 for registration, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed for the said parcel of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and 4370 4370 proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 for Anastasia Kamene Ngao, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwei Kasengela (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
