THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Ouma Okore (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, situate in the county of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Wanganya I/3834, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Tamu in ECL Case No. 7 of 2020, has issued a decree directing the registrar of lands, Nyando District, to rectify the registry, to revert the land parcel title No. Kisumu/Wangaya I/3834 in the name of (1) John Odhiambo Ochieng and (2) Claudio Onyuro, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed to (1) John Odhiambo Ochieng and (2) Claudio Onyuro, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said David Ouma Okore (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
