REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wilson Wambua Ndolo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kwale, known as Kwale/Mchingirini/218, and whereas in the Magistrate’s Court at Kwale in Succession Cause No. E33 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Ann Ndinda Wilson (ID/5431340) in trust for (2) Beatrice Mueni Wilson, (3) Elizabeth Mumbi Wambua and (4) Joyce Kavuli Wambua, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Wilson Wambua Ndolo (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Ann Ndinda Wilson (ID/5431340) in trust for (2) Beatrice Mueni Wilson, (3) Elizabeth Mumbi Wambua and (4) Joyce Kavuli Wambua), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wilson Wambua Ndolo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
