Notice is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap.38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of Toyota Corse reg. No. UAD 896C. to collect the said motor vehicle from the premises of Twigen Garage Center ,along Northern Bypass Njatha-ini road Nairobi County, within thirty (30)days from the date of this publication upon proof of ownership and payment of outstanding bills, accumulated storage charges ,the costs, failure to which the said balances, expenses and or incidental costs, failure to which the said motor vehicle shall be sold off under the Disposal of the Uncollected Goods Act .laws of Kenya ,by public auction through Fortune Auctioneers without any further reference to the owners.
