NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38), Laws of Kenya, in respect to the underlisted motor vehicles and or motorbikes. Their owners and or depositors are required to take delivery and pay the outstanding amounts listed against each within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure to which the same shall be sold or otherwise disposed of under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act. The custodian and address of the goods is Ladak T/A Jaffrey Motors of P.O. Box 86114, Mombasa. The goods are held at Jaffrey Motors Godown/warehouse situated at Shimanzi off Mwinyi Mpate Road, Mombasa, Kenya.
