TENDER

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38 ) of the laws of Kenya to the owner of the vehicle KAX 577K, Toyota Lexus, KCF 418A, Isuzu NQR, to take delivery of the said vehicles which are lying at Hariki Yard Limited, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with interest and cost of the publication and any other incidental cost, failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction, tender or private treaty and proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
