NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 28th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 581, in Volume DI, Folio 76/683, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Teresiah Muia, of P.O. Box 209-00502, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Teresiah Nduku Muia, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Teresiah Nduku Muia and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Teresiah Muia, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Teresiah Muia only.
