TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2025 By (1) Nancy Kipyator, (2) Sharon Jemuge Chesang, (3) Joan Jelimo Chesang and (4) Raymond Kiprotich Chesang, all of P.O. Box 18438– 20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Kiprob Chesang, late of Nakuru, who died at Tehran, Iran, on 22nd September, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
