TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2025 By Fredrick Oyugi Nondi, of P.O. Box 41670–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Odongo Nondi, who died at Siaya, on 14th March, 2023. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2025 By Maureen Dorothy Auma, of P.O. Box 4762–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Arnold Agunga Magoha, who died in Stockholm, Sweden, on 30th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
