TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2025 By (1) David Suter, (2) Josphine Chelang’a and (3) Nicholas Chelang’a, all of P.O. Box 699–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yator Kipkulei Yego alias Yatul Kipkulei Yego, who died at Kapsicha, on 15th February, 1995. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2025 By Mary Otenyo, of P.O. Box 943, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliakim Humphrey Otenyo Olengo, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
