TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E210 OF 2025 By (1) Maureen Kinanga Asango and (2) Edinah Mokeira Obure, both of P.O. Box 99110–80107, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sisters, for a grant of probate with will to the estate of Pius Ayora Asango, who died at Coast General Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
