TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2025 By (1) Gordon Otieno Omollo, (2) Rosemary Atieno Odiwuor and (3) Viona Achieng Omolo, all of P.O. Box 21–40117, Daraja Mbili in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Omollo Rombo, who died on 3rd July, 2008. CAUSE NO. E127 OF 2025 By Wilkista Achola Amadi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amadi Ombwayo alias John Ombwayo Amadi, who died on 15th May, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
