TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E166 OF 2025 By Erick Rurira Irungu, of P.O. Box 210. Murang’a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naomi Njeri Harun alias Naomi Harun, who died on 11th October, 1992. CAUSE NO. E320 OF 2025 By (1) James Kimani Mucoki and (2) Thomas Mwangi Muchoki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaack Muchoki Nganga alias Isack Muchoki Nganga alias Isaac Muchoki Nganga, who died at Iganjo Sub-location, on 16th May, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
