TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 164 OF 2025 By (1) Susan Wangeci Gitau, (2) Lydia Wairimu Mwangi, (3) Dancan Gacheche Mwangi and (4) Keziah Wachera Mwangi, all of P.O. Box 1016–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harrison Mwangi Gacheche alias Gacheche Mwangi alias Mwangi Harrison Gacheche, who died at Leshau Pondo, on 21st January, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
