TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2025
By Anastasia Nkirote Njuguna, of P.O. Box 22–10406, Timau in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
John Njuguna Ngugi, who died at Kithithina, on 23rd May, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2025
By Agnes Nyawira Mwai, of P.O. Box 255, Nanyuki in Kenya, for
a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick
Mwai Wambugu, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 12th
March, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
