TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E195 OF 2025 By Dominic Otieno Sewe, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odilo Abala, who died at Pap Oriang Sub-location, on 1st October, 2002. CAUSE NO. E518 OF 2025 By Solomon Otieno Anindo, c/o P.O. Box 378–40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Habil Anindo Oluoch alias Habil Zefenia Anindo, who died on 1st August, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
