TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2025 By Liian Rodha Mong’are Omoke, of P.O. Box 2088–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abedinego Nyambati alias Abedineco Nyambati, who died on 6th December, 2022. CAUSE NO.E278 OF 2025 By Anthony Angwenyi Machera, of P.O. Box 858–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agostantino Machera Oigoro alias Machera Oigoro, who died on 2nd January, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
