TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO.E122 OF 2025 By (1) Joyce Kemunto Atinda, (2) James Eugene Atinda and (3) Atinda Geoffrey Teya, all of P.O. Box 21686–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Onyiego Atinda, who died at Mwabosire, on 29th December, 2024. CAUSE NO. E146 OF 2025 By Wilkister Moraa Makinya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Makinya Orego, who died at Morembe, on 18th July, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
