TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2025 By (1) Samuel Chamanga Nyale and (2) Emmanuel Chamanga Nyale, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chamanga Nyale Mwajedi, who died at Maamba, Kanamai, on 16th September, 2017. CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2025 By (1) Kenneth Rua Mwakamsha and (2) Dauglas Rua Mwakamsha, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwakamsha Zanduma Rua, who died on 23rd July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2025 By (1) Charo Kazungu Nzai and (2) Nyevu Kazungu Nzai, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Kazungu Nzai, who died at Kiriba, Wangwani, Kilifi, on 8th July, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
