TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2025 By (1) Rogers Juma Kimuli and (2) Leonard Makau Kimuli, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Kimuli Katunge, who died at Makueni County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 4th June, 2025. CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2025 By (1) Musyoka Wambua and (2) Elizabeth Ndunge Kilyungi, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Kilyungi Wambua, who died at Makueni Hospital in Kenya, on 4th December, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
