E37 OF 2025 By Leonard Muthui Mulandi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onesmus Mulandi Mandi, who died at Maiani, on 5th November, 2013. CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2025 By Martin Munyao Mutua, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Mbesa Mutua, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 17th August, 2006. CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2025 By (1) Lillian Mutave Kyalo and (2) Richard Mutisya Kingoo, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Mutuku Ndiku, who died at Fedha, Embakasi, on 6th February, 2022. CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2025 By Raphael Mutiso Mutune, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutune Mutua, who died at Kambu, Makueni, on 28th February, 1999.
