TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2025 By (1) Saoiwa ene Ngoine Parkire, (2) Lorna Nciamunu Ngoine and (3) Kitoonga ole Shapura Muneria, the deceased’s widows and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngoine Parkire alias Ngoine Parkiri, who died at District Hospital, Kajiado in Kenya, on 7th November, 2013. CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2025 By (1) Evans Mbora Campbell and (2) Richard Gakuya Campbell, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Muthoni Campbell, who died at Medisurge Hospital, Ahmedabad, on 5th March, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
