TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2023 By (1) Magret Adoyo Aroko and (2) Annah Auma Ojwang, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Aroko Amere alias Aroko Amere, who died at Lower Tamu, on 6th December, 2019. CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2023 By (1) Dorah Shole Osieko and (2) Joseph Wandasi Osieko, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Augustinus Osieko Wandasi alias Augustino Osieko Wandasi, who died at Upper Olwalo, on 12th July, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
