TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2025 By Handson Moenga Michieka, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabina Memba Michieka alias Memba Michieka, who died at Nyaisero Sub-location, on 27th November, 1990. CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2025 By (1) Nyangaresi Ogesagwa and (2) Gideon Bichang’a Ogesagwa, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogesagwa Ondimu, who died at Keragia Sub-location, on 5th February, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
