E87 OF 2023 By Joash Nyamohanga Magige, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Magige Marwa alias Magige Marwa, who died at Masaba Sub–location, on 25th September, 2009. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2025 By Matinde Magret Kwamboka, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mosama Matinde, who died at Biasimui Girigiri Sub–location, on 8th October, 1999. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2025 By Paul Chacha Giswau, of P.O. Box 1, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njangwa Gisiwao alias Njagwa Gisiwao, who died on 5th August, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
