E54 OF 2025 By Paulina Cheptolen, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cherutich Misiri alias Cherutich Misiri Sawoei, who died at Gatirimi, on 15th June, 1986. CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2025 By Mary Cherono Magoi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Granty Ngatunyi Ngio, who died at Kamwago, Njoro, on 12th September, 2012. CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2025 By Regina Nyaguthii Mbogo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lydiah Wacheke Wamburi, who died on 5th September, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
