TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2025 By (1) Lydia Embu Ireri and (2) Flora Kiura Kithaka, both of P.O. Box 65, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ireri Mbaki, who died at Siakago, Embu, on 19th August, 1996. CAUSE NO. E175 OF 2025 By Nancy Ntheru Njagi, of P.O. Box 1, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Wanja Mugo, who died at Karambari Sub-location, on 6th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E197 OF 2025 By Jackson Kinyua Njana, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njana Kabuthi, who died at Thambu Sub-location, on 13th February, 2002. CAUSE NO. E203 OF 2025 By John Gicovi Njue, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njue Mugera, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd February, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
