TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2025 By Fulumena Nanjala Vokeli, of P.O. Box 43, Kitale in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marita Nanjala Bushuru, who died at Maturu, on 28th December, 1979. CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2025 By (1) Ayub Andanje Waiti and (2) Jomo Nathan Waiti, both of P.O. Box 32, Kambiri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wayiti Muranda alias Waiti Muranda, who died at Ikoli Sub-location, on 26th June, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
