TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2025 By Florence Elekua Asirikwa, of P.O. Box 75, Moi’s Bridge in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jafeth Asiriku Nyariku, who died at Musemwa Sub-location, on 8th September, 2015. CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2025 By James Enos Manyasi Nalika, of P.O. Box 1, Matete in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dismas Ochieng Onyango, who died at Kulumbeni Sub- location, on 28th February, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
