Box 154, Tiriki in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Isachi Chumba alias Isaji Jumba, who died on 14th September, 2009. CAUSE NO. E286 OF 2025 By Joseph Isabwa Lumala, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Victor Lumala Muhinji, who died at Kaptech Sub-location, on 20th March, 2025. CAUSE NO. E296 OF 2025 By Janet Khavere Khalawa, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Mabia, who died at Makuchi Sub-location, on 14th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
