TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2025 By Silas Khamala Wamono, of P.O. Box 100, Sirisia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest Wamono alias Ernest Wamono Wahata, who died at Bungoma, on 9th September, 1989. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2025 By (1) George Sakari Watenya and (2) Abraham W. Waliuba, both of P.O. Box 82, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wamakhanya Walute, who died at Luya Village, on 25th February, 1976. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
