TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2025 By Joseph Owuor Makokha, of P.O. Box 3, Shianda in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Adhiambo Makokha, who died at Malaha Sub-location, on 25th October, 1999. CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2025 By David Osore Okoroi, of P.O. Box 25, Kamuriai in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osere Elalai, who died at Akiriamasit Sub-location, on 9th August, 1973. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
