TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2025 By Shukri Isse Abdi, of P.O. Box 42531–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Issa Abdi, who died at Alice Nursing Home, on 10th August, 2024. CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2025 By Zeitun Ahmed Ali, of P.O. Box 231–00610, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hussein Hassan Abdi, who died at Eastleigh, on 20th December, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
