TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 242 OF 2023 By (1) Ali Mohamed Hudumu and (2) Liatha Omar Odumu, both of P.O. Box 83850–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngala Chai Manguya alias Ngala Chai, who died at Forodhani, on 8th May, 1986. CAUSE NO. E342 OF 2025 By (1) Tahiya Ahmed Said Badai and (2) Ghaniya Ahmed Said, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nasira Msabah Salim, who died on 23rd April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
