REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Isaac Nyondo Mwadzuya, of P.O. Box 122, Mazeras in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.50 hectare or thereabouts, known as Buni/Kisimani/804 situate in Kilifi County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed in respect of the said parcel of land is lost or detroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof I shall issue a provisional title as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
