PURSUANT to Article 164 (1) of the Constitution of Kenya, and rule 20 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2022, notice is given as follows: The Easter Recess shall commence on Thursday, 10th April, 2025 and shall terminate on Tuesday, 22nd April, 2025, both days inclusive. During the recess, the registries of the Court will be open to the public from 9.00 a.m. to 12 noon on all week days except public holidays.
