APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to sections 2, 26 and 27 of the Mental Health Act and the regulation thereof, take notice that this Court in Misc. Application No. E215 of 2024, appointed Fozia Mohamed Haroon as manager and legal guardian of the estate and all affairs of Omar Ahmed Abdulle. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in the respect entered within (14) days from the date of publication of this notice to the Kenya Gazette.
