REGISTRATION

WHEREAS having cancelled the registration of Awe Diaspora Savings and Credit Co-operative Society Limited (CS/24888) on 22nd August, 2024 and having not received any appeal against the same, in pursuant to Section 65 of the said Act, I appoint Susan Ong’ondi– Assisstnt Commissioner for Co-operative Development (Hqs) P.O. Box 30547–00100, Nairobi to be the liquidator for a period not exceeding one (1) year and authorize her to take into her custody all the properties of the said Society including such books and documents as one deems necessary for the completion of the liquidation.
