Agnes, of P.O. Box 44–50406, Funyula in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Agnes Nadebu Hadondi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Agnes Nadebu Hadondi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Wandera C. Agnes, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Wandera C. Agnes only. Dated the 11th February, 2025.
