WHEREAS Maryraywanjohi Company Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya, of P.O. Box 1167– 00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property known as L.R. No. 209/3271/22, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 8024/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register in respect of the piece of land has been lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the proprietor has indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period. They are, therefore, submitted to the Government Printer directly. (2) Legislative Supplement contains Rules and Regulations which are issued by the National or County Governments. Because of this, they must be submitted to the Government Printer through the office of the Attorney–General. (3) Bill Supplement contains Bills which are for introduction in the National Assembly, Senate or County Assemblies. (4) Act Supplement contains Acts passed by the National Assembly, Senate or County Assemblies.
