APPOINTMENT
NOTICE is given to the general public that in exercise of powers
conferred by Article 179 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, section 11 of
the Urban Area and Cities (Amendment) Act, 2019 and section 30 of the
County Governments Act, 2012, Kenneth Lusaka, Governor of Bungoma
