REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Lilian Wambui Mathu and (2) Njeri Mathu, are directors of Elianjaka Limited, registered as proprietors of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Kilifi/Mtwapa/2180, situate in Kilifi District, containing 2.02 hectares or thereabout, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
