THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Lawrence Kinyua Gichonge, is registered as
proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land,
situate in the district of Embu, containing 0.20 and 0.10 hectare or
thereabouts, registered under title No. Kagaari.Kigaa/12678 and
11006, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced
to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice
is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date
hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has
been received within that period.
