THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Lydiah Wanjiru Kamwaro (I/D 0980653), is registered
as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land,
known as Marmanet North Rumuruti Block 2/19463, 19464, 19465,
19466, 19467, 19468, and 19469 (Ndurumo), and whereas sufficient
evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds issued
thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty
(60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds
provided that no objection has been received within that period.
